All token purchases are non-refundable.
After Stripe checkout is completed and tokens are delivered or queued for delivery, MorgarMU does not refund purchases back to cards, banks, wallets, or payment processors.

Refund Policy
MToken purchases are digital store credit for the MorgarMU account used at checkout. Please read this policy before buying tokens through Stripe.
Approved compensation is store credit only.
If staff verifies a store delivery issue, server-side purchase error, rollback, wipe, or exceptional service incident, compensation may be issued as MToken or equivalent MorgarMU store credit. Compensation is never returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks and disputes may restrict access.
Opening a payment dispute after receiving tokens may restrict the related account while staff reviews the order, token delivery, and account history.

For missing tokens or a suspected server error, contact staff in Discord with your account name, Stripe checkout email, approximate purchase time, and the package purchased.
